How to say “I love you” all over the world

Today is Valentine’s Day, the day of all the lovers!

This celebration has a lot of meanings and legends around it.

According to Christian tradition, San Valentino was the priest who celebrated the first marriage between a heaten legionnaire and a young Christian woman.

During the Middle Age in France and England, people thought that February was the month in which took place the birds mating and this was the reason why 14th February was considered as the day of lovers celebration.

Nowadays, Valentine’s Day is celebrated all over the world and every country has its own traditions and ways of saying.

And you, where will you celebrate it? If you are on travel or your lover speaks a foreign language, this is how to prepare at best!

English: “I Love you”

Irish: taim i’ ngra leat

German: Ich liebe dich

Dutch: Ik hou van jou

Danish: Jeg elsker dig
